Coming home: peace between tenants and landlords

It’s a joy to come home to a place that’s comfortable, peaceful, and in good condition.

For many, that home is a rental, and it’s important for both tenants and landlords that there be mutual respect and cooperation.

I lived in rented quarters for a long time and have now been a landlord for about twelve years, so I’ve experienced the relationship from both sides. In facing difficult situations, I’ve found that trying to resolve things merely by human efforts often doesn’t work, but prayer based on the teachings of Christian Science has brought good results.
