News of sexual harassment spurs a mother’s prayer

At the present hour, our country is being inundated with allegations of sexual misconduct in many areas of daily life, such as the office, the classroom, and the political arena. It seems as if a new one emerges through the media almost daily.
As a mother whose daughter has experienced sexual harassment, I have wrestled with this issue—and most importantly, prayed about it. I share the following experience, which occurred several years ago, in the hope that it will offer encouragement, and show the effectiveness of the kind of prayer Christian Science has taught me.
