I wish to express long overdue thanks to Jan Keeler, whose article “Find your center” in the March 21 issue [“A way out of depression”] has so inspired me. I am so grateful for the beautiful ideas so lovingly expressed; they met my need at the very moment I read them, and as I continue to reread each day, I see something new that had not particularly struck me the day before.
Mrs. Keeler defines being centered as being grounded, and as I listened to “Your Daily Lift” the other day, “You can soar,” I realized that only as we are grounded can we really soar.
