'I WALK WITH LOVE TODAY'
When I was just a young boy, I was taught that I was God's reflection. To me, this has always meant that I'm the expression of His qualities; that all the good God is, is mine to express in my own unique way.
But sometimes I feel separated from God's healing power. So I've been trying to more consistently see everything through a spiritual lens, where good is never hidden—rather than from a material perspective clouded by negativity, lack, and worry. Recently, I needed to put this idea into practice.
I live within easy access of beautiful mountain trails. My usual routine is to hike briskly up a trail, take a short break to enjoy the view, and then run down. I've always loved the sense of freedom, concentration, and grace that it takes to successfully run down a steep mountain trail. This, to me, is example of my expression of God.
