"Immortal cravings"*

Cannot be fed by nouvelle cuisine
material status
or yet another trip,
for the heart's deeper yearnings are
fed only by the bread of Life,
the practical understanding of Truth,
the angel food of Love,
which change the base of
thought and life from flesh to Spirit,
nudging life ever upward
toward the ever-at-home
spiritual idea forever at one
with the all-embracing
Father-Mother God.
