The
practice of fasting or feasting at certain times and seasons as a religious rite has been accepted by many as a means of gaining grace and spiritual blessing.
What
a glorious privilege it is to be able to express oneself rightly, to share one's ideas with one's neighbor! I am grateful for all the healings that Christian Science has brought to me and mine during the last five years; for the true sense of health, strength, and protection it constantly gives; and for the glimpses of the real meaning of peace and joy and love.
Because of my gratitude for the many blessings that Christian Science has brought to me, I desire to share with others the following experience, which not only proved to me the ability of Christian Science to heal, but also showed me the importance of watching my thinking.
While I have had many proofs of the healing efficacy of Christian Science over a period of years, I feel inspired at this time to write of my first healing through this Science.
