THE GARMENT'S HEM

I touched the garment's hem today, and prayed that God's own hand would lead me                                                               to the highest height.
No vaulted nave, no towering spire,We dedicate with faith today.

DISTRIBUTION

As Spirit's witnesses we keepThe Lord's command to feed his sheep,Distributing God's boundless wealthThrough our reflection of true health,Expressing Love and Truth each dayTo weary ones who pass our way,Imparting hope and joy and peace,Which bring to heavy hearts release; In selfless living we fulfillThe doing of our Father's will.

"Through God we shall do valiantly.

THE GIFT OF GOD

To wake at dawn and know anewThat Christ comes hourly to youIs fragrance of rare frankincense,Is myrrh of God's omnipotence,Is gold from out that greater mold;It is to live within Love's fold.

LET US NOT FEAR

Let us not fear life's starless nightNor hear the tale it tells—The earthborn chronicle of manAnd sorrow it impels.

LOVE, THE COMFORTER

As leaven lightens heavy bread,As dawn makes darkness bright,So love erases grief and dreadAnd makes all burdens light.

THE PRODIGAL'S BROTHER

"Son , thou art ever with me,and all that I have is thine.

"THE DESERT SHALL REJOICE"

Tears of grief that seek so unavailinglyTo salve the wounded heart,They leave us wandering alone and aimlesslyIn desert lands, apart.
