What is light?
The brightness revealing good is here!
“You are the light of the world,” ^{Matthew 5:14, New King James Version, emphasis added}
said Christ Jesus.
You are the reflection
as Truth appears.
When the world seems dark,
the light of Christ will cast out fear,
for you see by Soul, with vision clear,
expressing Love’s pure glow,
overcoming bogus claims so drear.
You emanate from God,
as His likeness dear.
You shine with Spirit’s radiance,
the unfolding of Mind’s wisdom and cheer,
your completeness revealed by the great I am,
harmonious Principle, forever here.
“You are the light of the world,” said Christ Jesus,
and to this role you can joyfully adhere!
