I am a strong, strong desert walker

I walk in a desert,
Where there is no help in sight,
Only despair and isolation.
I walk and walk.
I am a strong, strong, desert walker.

With fear and doubts,
I get paralyzed,
With no path in sight.
“What should I do now?” I keep asking myself at night.
I pray and pray to have an answer.
I am a strong, strong, desert walker.

But the Lord is always ready to share His wonders
And show us the sweet taste of our endeavors.
I am a strong, strong, desert walker.

Where there is no path, He opens one.
Where there is no water spring, He provides one.
Where there is a desert, He talks to me:
“Don’t ever worry. I put words in your mouth
And help you speak and hear.
I am the good and the light,
Principle, Love, and Soul.”

The Truth then opens the way
And clearly marks the path to walk.
Now I am fulfilled, healed, and safe.
Now my heart rejoices
For the spring God has provided.
