Ascent with healing

Three timesthe Psalmist questioned being down, disquieted by the challenge to his crownof hope in God;three times affirmed his hope,as if all true dominion and ascentbegan with praise.

At this astonishing moment

Evening came;limitation demanded capitulation,yet day-prayer spilling Christ lightcherished man—without exception—in God's likeness.

Friendly light

I used to be afraid of dark,Imagining scary dangers—Shadows drifting in my room wereMonsters, spooks, and evil strangers.

When no bird sang...

When no bird sang,spring came.

My ideaship

How blessed I am:H is Christ sought meHis Science taught mebecauseHe, God, wrought me.

How alive God is!

Though she was but a stranger on a busthe good of her came through to me,strengthening my concept of God.
