In
the book of Nehemiah we read of a great work done by the people who had returned to Jerusalem from their former captivity, under the leadership of Nehemiah.
When
a certain mental state has shown its fruit in sorrow, despair, or other ill conditions, there should be comfort in knowing that one can change the mental attitude and by this repentance, or change of mind, gain healthier and happier consequences as the outcome of right thinking.
There
are deeds of kindness strewn along the path of right living; there is the joy of seeing God's laws fulfilled and of partaking in the beneficent effect of God's healing.
When
Moses was arranging the orderly encampment and the marching of the children of Israel, his rule was, "Every man of the children of Israel shall pitch by his own standard.
