News reports and medical studies are constantly providing us with information about the body—its likes, dislikes, capacity for survival, vulnerabilities, and so on. Yet these accounts don't actually provide a reliable basis on which to make intelligent decisions about how best to care for the body. Within a solely physical context, the body appears as a complex biological puzzle, perhaps impossible to solve.
Through his earth-changing teachings, Christ Jesus presented a wholly different view of caring for the body. The authors of the articles that follow are students of the Master's life and teachings, and the thoughts they offer have grown out of their experience of proving that a spiritual approach to the body is the best approach to real fitness and health.
