You are warmly invited to apply for membership at any time. Applications are acted on twice each year—in June (applications due by May 1) and in November (applications due by October 1).

You may obtain an application from any Christian Science Reading Room, branch church or society, from a member of The Mother Church, or from a Christian Science practitioner listed in The Christian Journal.
