Three years ago my wife and my mother were suffering from diseases which seemingly could be healed only by operations. At that time our attention was called to Christian Science. Through the loving treatment given by a practitioner and the understanding gained of our ever present Father-Mother God, both were quickly helped. In many other cases of sickness in our family we have been privileged to experience wonderful proofs of God's love through Christian Science. One such proof we had about a year ago when our little boy had measles. Through the help of a practitioner he was able to go for a walk the third day. We have also had many beautiful demonstrations in our business relations.

For all the healings, as well as for all the other blessings and benefits which have come to us in Christian Science, we are sincerely grateful to God. We think of our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, with loyal veneration and gratitude. We owe sincerest gratitude to those who called our attention to Christian Science, and to those who have helped us gain a better understanding of the truth.
