PROTECTION

JOSEPHINE VAN HOUTEN

REST , O heart, the Father leads us
All the way!
Love divine protects and feeds us
Every day.

When our earth-born thoughts deceive us,
Then we pray!
Father, by Thy truth uplift us
From the clay.

Then we rise on Truth's sure pinion
Into light!
There to claim God-giv'n dominion
As our right.
