Getting out from under condemnation

It may seem easy to be quick to condemn others from the safety and anonymity of a computer. But such disapproval never feels good, so it can’t be right. In fact, there's a wonderful power in not condemning and in understanding that we can be free from this oppressive mind-set no matter what. And that's what this week's program is all about.
