Easter: The certainty of joy

The light of Christ, Truth, gave Jesus freedom from death and the grave. It liberates us as well. 

Jerusalem—city of hope

The turmoil in Jerusalem in Jesus’ day was secondary to the deeply restorative and liberating event that would take place: Jesus’ resurrection.
The real life of Christ Jesus remained fully intact and entirely operative even after his enemies had tried to stop his influence by killing the man.
