Qualities I express from God

In the Christian Science Sunday School Lilia is learning about God and how she is the image, or reflection, of God. The book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy explains, “God is incorporeal, divine, supreme, infinite Mind, Spirit, Soul, Principle, Life, Truth, Love” (p. 465). 

Lilia thought about the good qualities she reflects from God and drew a picture of herself. She said, “Drawing this made me understand that I am not material. I am full of God’s thoughts.”

About the author

Lilia is 10 years old. She lives on Orcas Island, Washington. Her family has cows, pigs, and chickens. Lilia is active in the 4-H club and helps raise two pigs that she loves a lot!
