FROM HAND TO HAND

The Sentinel is meant to be shared. In a world that is increasingly hungry for spiritual meaning, the Sentinel provides vital nourishment. Here's how one of our readers shared it. Let us know of your experience in sharing the Sentinel .

"I offered a Sentinel to a substitute organist at our branch church. She isn't a Christian Scientist, and she said the Sentinel restored her faith in God, which she seemed to have lost at the passing of her daughter. She said, 'We had prayed so hard.'

"I offered her a subscription. ... She told me some months later how much it meant to her and that she passed the Sentinels on to many of her friends when she finished reading them.

"When she moved to Florida, she renewed her subscription and went armed with Sentinels for her friends down there. She called me recently and said she reads the Sentinel 'for daily devotion.'"
