The advanced course in naval architecture heretofore pursued by the Naval Academy graduates prior to commission in the construetion corps at some of the leading European institutes, because of the superior facilities afforded, which were not believed to be available at home, is hereafter to be given these young men at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a course of study is to be followed equaling that offered by Greenwich, the Ecole Politechnique, Glasgow and other famous schools in England and France.
