Aftereffects from a fall healed
I would like to share a healing our daughter had when she was six years old. My husband and daughter were in the kitchen making breakfast, and I was studying the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson in another room. I suddenly heard a loud crash. My husband called me frantically and said there was something wrong. Our daughter had fallen off a chair she had been standing on, and had hit her head on the counter and then the floor.
As I hurried into the kitchen, I heard this message from God: “There is nothing to see or fear because nothing happened.” I knew this meant that, in reality, as a spiritual idea of God, my daughter’s true existence could never be interrupted or harmed in any way.
When I reached her, she appeared to be unconscious. We had witnessed quick healings take place through Christian Science in the past, and I knew we could rely on it without reservation.
