Keeping calm at exam time
When exams get close do you sometimes feel you're part of a speeded-up film, with all the characters moving at twice their normal pace? In trying to slow down and be quiet, it helps to remember two key points derived from the Bible:
First—God is in control. Second—man reflects Him.
Looking more deeply into these two points, we might reason this way: 1. God is always in control of His universe. As the Scriptural account in Genesis I shows, creation is an orderly unfoldment—all appearing according to God's perfect plan. The same intelligent power—which Christian Science explains is Mind, God—controls the unfolding of all right ideas and activity. So, whether we're into academic programs or career progressions, we can go ahead intelligently, step by step trusting God's control in every aspect of our lives.
