I wish to express deep gratitude to divine Principle for Christ Jesus, our Way-shower; for the Discovere and Founder of Christian Science; and for all the good brought into my everyday experience since I began the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," by our revered and beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

On page 380 of this textbook she writes, "Truth is always the victor," and on page 224, "No power can withstand divine Love." Christian Science is the greatest blessing that has ever come into my life. Mere words cannot express my gratefulness to the Giver of all good for this wonderful truth and for all the peace and happiness it brings to the world. When honestly, faithfully, and persistently applied, it cannot fail to bless and heal; it is the absolute truth about God and His spiritual creation, including man made in the image and likeness of Spirit.

I am grateful for countless instances of divine protection and the healing of physical ailments, such as headaches, colds, burns, toothache, chronic constipation, and insomnia; also of worry, habits of social drinking and smoking; and of grief and a sense of sorrow over the sudden death of my mother and a sister. I am even more grateful, however, for the understanding I have gained of the spiritual meaning of the Holy Bible. Before I became interested in Christian Science, the Bible was a closed and locked treasure house to me. The Lesson-Sermons, as given in the Christian Science Quarterly, are a practical help and a never-failing guide in my everyday living. I have been completely healed through right thinking.
