Broken jaw completely healed through prayer
Playing sports has always been very important in my life. In fact, for years sports were more important to me than anything else — until an experience I had during my senior year in high school.
It was the beginning of the baseball season, which in our state was also the beginning of summer. We had a new coach, who had a very different coaching style from my previous coach. He was much more demanding. Being new to the team, as one method of evaluating our talent, he polled the players to see where we ranked each other. My teammates ranked me as the best player. This was a nice honor; however, it also added pressure because I felt I needed to be a leader as well as an outstanding player. In addition, I had aspirations of playing at a higher level after high school.
