God was in charge
About four years ago, I suddenly began to have shaking in my hands and occasional heart palpitations. When these problems worsened, I decided to pray to God to calm my thinking. I prayed to understand that God was in charge of my life. And I asked a practitioner to pray with me.
I realized that everything in the earth, including me, belonged to God.
The shaking in my hands stopped fairly quickly. Whenever my heart would pound, I would think about being spiritual, made in God's image and likeness. I prayed to feel God's presence and to know that, being God's expression, I could not be experiencing anything but good in my life. I realized that everything in the earth, including me, belonged to God.
The heart palpitations stopped altogether after about three months. This has been a permanent healing.
