Church Dedications

Note: Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt.

Vancouver, Washington (First Church).

... First Church of Christ, Scientist, Vancouver, Washington, will be dedicated Sunday with services at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to a church announcement.

Although the present structure was completed and has been in use since September, 1959, the dedication has been delayed until now. It was explained that a Christian Science church is dedicated only when it becomes debt free.
