HERE IN ETERNITY

Pearl Strachan Hurd

Here in eternity I find
Myself in harmony with Mind.
Here with Love I go my way,
Without rush or delay.

"Look back," says yesterday, "and worry."
Tomorrow cries: "I'm coming. Hurry!"
Yet neither of them has the power
To force or retard one flower.

My rendezvous with Life commands
That I reverse all time's demands
And all the lies of limitation,
And enjoy God's creation.
