COME NOT IN TREPIDATION

Come not in trepidation,
But humbly, quietly,
Seeking Love's benediction,
The truth that maketh free.
Consider thou the lilies,
The birds that sing on high;
Join with the happy travelers
Who, marching forward, cry
Praise to the eternal
Giver of life and love,
And in thy heart shall nestle
Peace, gentle as a dove;
For Love, the Father-Mother,
Awaiteth but to bless.
Seek thou the true at-one-ment,
The perfect joyousness.

Love waits to give thee solace.
Lift up thy voice and sing;
Join with the happy travelers
Hailing the Christ, Truth, king.
