My gratitude for Christian Science...

My gratitude for Christian Science is boundless. It has been my privilege to attend the Christian Science Sunday School from infancy to the graduating age. Through this experience, a foundation was laid on which I have been able to stand unshaken during three years of the strenuous life I have led as the wife of a serviceman. I am grateful that my husband accepted Christian Science before entering the service. We have gained much through the ensuing experiences.

Each time it has been necessary to find a temporary abode, we have been led unerringly in our search. Suitable and harmonious conditions have resulted from our realization that home is eternally established in Mind, and is thus an ever-present reality. While my husband was in training, I was led to find employment each time he was moved forward.

I am very thankful for the peace we both felt during his many flights while in training as a pilot, for the overcoming of fear, and for our being able to feel free from all sense of separation, human planning, and outlining. Instead of remaining near my home as I should have desired, I found it necessary to go many miles away from all familiar surroundings, and I learned to rejoice in the will of God, good, which directed us every step of the way.
