Excerpts from Letters Concerning Christian Science Camp Welfare Work

[From a Soldier]

For a long time I have felt that I should express thanks for the forethought and kindness of The Mother Church in providing the Christian Science Wartime Ministers for the service men. I was much helped by the Wartime Ministers in the camp where I formerly was.

Then, when I came North, it was my real pleasure to meet the Wartime Minister here, who has gone out of his way to aid us in every conceivable manner, making personal trips to contact the three of us here in this company who are interested in Christian Science, which is no small task, I can assure you. We have all three talked on this subject repeatedly, and want to express our thanks for such thoughtfulness.
