Opportunity

One of the narrowing and restricting material beliefs which would rob us of our heritage of good is the belief in limited opportunity. In fact many people believe that opportunity comes but once in a lifetime, and that if it is not grasped, life for them is a failure.
On page 258 of “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” Mary Baker Eddy writes, “God expresses in man the infinite idea forever developing itself, broadening and rising higher and higher from a boundless basis.” This statement of Truth reverses dismal and hopeless beliefs of limitation and opens the vision to infinite possibilities, infinite opportunities for right achievements. We need to claim the truth of infinite opportunity and let it develop in our thought along all lines of right endeavor.
