The cross we carry at times is not really a personal burden, but a precious opportunity for revelation, healing, and spiritual transformation.
When it seems impossible to forgive, we can follow the Master’s example of asking God to forgive others “for they know not what they do.”
Through my study and practice of Christian Science, I have come to see that no matter how desperate the situation, no matter how impossible a happy outcome seems, there is always a solution.
Whenever there is a challenge before us, we can affirm that we are the likeness of divine Spirit, the image of God, and therefore the picture of harmony, health, and happiness.
Metaphysics, not physics, enables us to stand erect on sublime heights, surveying the immeasurable universe of Mind, peering into the cause which governs all effects, while we are strong in the unity of God and man.

Moonbeam

Walking north along the beach,
       The lakeshore to my right,
The sand is cool, the water calm,
       Dark and clear the night.
It became clearer to me that because I am created by God, divine Spirit, my senses, including vision, must forever be spiritual and perfect.

No more fears about money

I have discovered that divine Love has a multitude of ways to meet needs.
How powerful our prayers must be if God asks us to pray for others. And this inclusive prayer heals us, too!
I was so grateful for this example of how we can rely on God to care for us in every way.

Unreality

To seek the kingdom of God is to desire His goodness and righteousness; to seek it first is to place it above everything else in esteem and priority.
Even in the midst of devastation, God promises complete restoration.
