Notices

In recent Sentinels you've probably read notices of upcoming meetings for youth of all faiths. In honor of these gatherings—taking place in South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe—two special issues of the Christian Science Sentinel are being published. The contents draw on articles and features recently printed in the Sentinel and of interest to a wide range of young people. Also, in each of these special issues, there will be one feature appearing in print for the first time. These special issues speak to questions about the environment and relationships, about drugs and morality, about facing racial tension and bringing greater peace to our communities. Contributors represent eight countries. The first of the two special issues is published in English only; the second also contains several articles translated into languages other than English.

The Christian Science Board of Directors is making these issues available at no cost to those attending the meetings. Since these are special issues, they are not part of a regular Sentinel subscription. But we thought our readers might like to know that "Your world needs you," the first of the two issues, can be ordered for $2 a copy through Christian Science Reading Rooms.

A directory of all Churches of Christ, Scientist, and Christian Science Societies, including the hours of their services and information about their Reading Rooms, appears monthly in The Christian Science Journal.
