I would like to express my gratitude for Christian Science as a way of life and healing. I have had many physical healings. During one in particular I was encouraged by several previous demonstrations and proofs of Christian Science.

Some months ago I noticed a lack of control in my right hand. Being a professional pianist, I was afraid that I would not be able to make a living. I had forgotten that my Christian Science teacher had stressed that the real man—God's reflection—does not make a material living but is sustained by Life, God. With the help of the Concordance to Mrs. Eddy's writings I worked prayerfully, looking up references on activity, circulation, and muscles.

The fear of lack of funds had to be dealt with. I was grateful that my piano teaching went right along, and two additional sources of income developed that met my immediate needs. In the Bible I studied from II Kings (25:30): "And his allowance was a continual allowance given him of the king, a daily rate for every day, all the days of his life." In support of this I kept in mind Mrs. Eddy's statement from Miscellaneous Writings (p. 307): "Never ask for to-morrow: it is enough that divine Love is an ever-present help; and if you wait, never doubting, you will have all you need every moment."
