"Let Us Sing Hymns"

[Of Special Interest to Children]

Robin was a cheerful boy. On Monday he was a cowboy, on Tuesday an Indian chief, and on the other days of the week, a postman, a milkman, a brave policeman, or a good soldier.

But on Sunday Robin was a clean-scrubbed boy with a shiny face and newly polished shoes who attended a Christian Science Sunday School. He listened carefully to his teacher and then eagerly ran home to share with his parents a commandment or a beatitude or a special Bible verse he had learned.

Robin especially enjoyed singing the hymns in Sunday School, and at home he often sang parts of them to his mother as she prepared the Sunday dinner. He also liked to play the record "Let Us Sing Hymns," which helped him learn the words of the beautiful hymns written by Mrs. Eddy.
