Every earnest student of Christian Science has the sincere desire to be lifted above the enslaving beliefs of the carnal mind and to demonstrate the perfection that belongs to the real man, whose divine source is perfect God. The student realizes this perfection to the extent that he knows for a certainty that he is a complete spiritual idea of God and overcomes the belief that he is a fleshly mortal.
