Several years ago I began attending a Church of Christ, Scientist. I had not yet attained the joy of daily studying the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly, but I was interested in hearing them read on Sundays.

One night I awakened in great pain. I tried to call for help, but my jaws were locked. Finally someone heard my moaning and came to me. A Christian Science practitioner was asked for help, and she lovingly and prayerfully declared the allness of God. In a short time the pain ceased, and I rested. The practitioner continued her work, and on the second day I was completely healed. Not only was I released from the physical difficulty, but I rose higher in the understanding of my true selfhood as well.

Since that time I have had many blessings through Christian Science. I study the lesson each day to gain a fuller understanding of God and to enable me to demonstrate my true selfhood as His son.
