Annual Meeting News in Short-wave Broadcast

Following the Annual Meeting a special short-wave program consisting of the principal news of the reports given at the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, will be radiocast over Station WRUL, Boston, as follows:

At 5.00 o'clock, Eastern Daylight Saving Time, on Monday, June 2, immediately following The Christian Science Monitor newscast.

Two frequencies will be used, 15.29 megacycles (19 meter band), and 17.75 megacycles (16 meter band).

The principal radio beam for the program will be in the direction of Europe, but there will also be a secondary beam which should enable the program to be heard throughout the West Indies, Mexico, Central America, and the northern part of South America. The program should also be heard in Australia and New Zealand, as well as in South Africa.

In the United States the program should be heard by those having short-wave receiving sets at points beyond five hundred miles distant from Boston.

Note: To convert Eastern Daylight Saving Time to Greenwich time, add four hours, and two hours additional for British summer time.
