My heart is full of gratitude to God for His goodness and for all His blessings, which are so numerous that only a few of them may be mentioned here.

As a small child I had the great privilege of witnessing the healing of my father when it seemed that he was passing on. I shall never forget the conviction of my mother's declaration that God was his Life. Right then I glimpsed in understanding the Life which is indeed God. The error simply was not admitted, and soon I was asked to go downstairs and, with my sisters, to play and sing all the hymns we knew in the Christian Science Hymnal. In a short time the healing was complete. This experience has always been an inspiration to me. When faithfully applied. Christian Science has continued to help me in many ways ever since.

I have completed two years' work in one of the women's services, and during this time Christian Science has proved an unfailing guide and protection. On one occasion an instantaneous healing was apparent to all the people in the office where I worked.
