I feel a deep and heartfelt gratitude to God for the countless blessings, healings, and proofs of protection which I have had through Christian Science. Somewhat more than five years ago I came in touch with Christian Science when I was in very great need of help, for I had suffered for many years from indigestion and insomnia. I was in this miserable state when I was led to a loving practitioner. She declared the truth in Christian Science and stated it so clearly and simply that I was instantaneously healed during my first visit with her. These healings were complete and have been permanent.

I have also been healed of severe rheumatism in one knee, lumbago, a boil, and many other difficulties through the help of the same practitioner. Through my own understanding of this wonderful and healing truth I have been able to overcome influenza, bronchial catarrh, and bad pain in my back. My sight has also improved so that I no longer need to use glasses.

I am deeply grateful to God, who led me to Christian Science; and grateful to Mrs. Eddy, and for the loving help the practitioner has always given me.
