[Original testimony in German]

I, too, should like to give thanks to God for my wonderful healing in Christian Science.

In January, 1937, when I was cutting wood, my hand got caught in a circular saw and two fingers were severely injured. One finger was hanging as if by a thread, the bone being splintered, and and the other finger was badly mangled. For a week the doctor who had bandaged my hand wanted to amputate the finger. But I relied on God's help. We had asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner, who had taken up the work immediately, and thus I had no pain. After a few weeks both fingers were completely healed. The doctor was very much surprised at this. We knew, however, that God alone had helped us, and we are deeply grateful to Him and to Christian Science that such an experience was vouchsafed us.

I should like also to express my deepest thanks to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and to the kind practitioner. I give God the glory.
