The Christian Science Monitor

Christian scientists who have experienced the healing effects of Christian Science are naturally desirous of spreading the knowledge of the truth which has healed them; and to do the greatest good to the greatest number is their constant desire.

A recent visit to The Christian Science Publishing Society in Boston has made clearer than ever to one Christian Scientist the fact that our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, has provided in The Christian Science Monitor a ready means of fulfilling, in a measure, that desire, and at the same time meeting the need of the nations to know the truth about world conditions.

Our paper goes out in the English language to all parts of the earth, carrying a Christian Science message in every issue, and drawing attention to the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, which is designed to draw all men into all truth. If, then, we wish to bless an ever-increasing number of our fellow men, a potent means of doing so is at hand; for this newspaper not only carries the loving message of spiritual healing in its religious article, but also conveys the correct reports about world happenings—facts which free thought from the blight of willfully distorted news, much of which is little less than malicious mental suggestion seeking to accomplish a desired evil purpose.
