My attention has been drawn to a reference to Christian Science...

Parish of Selangor Church Magazine

My attention has been drawn to a reference to Christian Science in your message "To the Parishioners," appearing in the November issue of your Parish of Selangor Church Magazine. In order to avoid any misunderstanding which might arise from your remarks, I should be most grateful if you would have this letter published in your next issue.

In the first place, I should like to point out that Christian Science should not be confused with theosophy. Christian Science is in accord with the words and works of our Master, Christ Jesus, and its followers are humbly endeavoring to obey his commands, "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give."

I am sure you will readily agree that Christianity is not a monopoly, but is free for all to live and to practice.
