The Bible tells us that "God is love;" and Christian Science has come to this age to give us a clearer and broader understanding of God, as infinite Love, as an ever present power, available to heal mankind now. This better understanding of God casts out fear, which would overshadow our lives, take away our joy, and make life a burden. Christian Science gives us, in the words of the Bible, "a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God."
