Letters from the Field

[From the Welfare Worker at Folsom State Prison, Sacramento, California]

"The Prison Committee authorized the writer to turn a Sunday service at the prison into a testimony meeting a few Sundays ago. The service was so helpful to all who attended that the accompanying letter was received a few days later. This letter was read before the committee at a recent meeting and was ordered to be mailed to you, thinking you might like to print it in the Sentinel. We are glad to have you know something of the fruits of our work in prison welfare."

[Excerpt from the letter referred to above, written by an inmate of Folsom State Prison]
