About a year ago I fell and injured both of my kneecaps

About a year ago I fell and injured both of my kneecaps. After being in the hospital and treated by four of the best physicians in Grand Rapids, who had given up all hope of my recovery, I heard of the wonderful work of Christian Science. I went to see a Christian Science practitioner, my nurse being with me. I also used a very heavy cane. On entering the office a phenomenal change overtook me, and I was instantly healed. On leaving the office I left my cane, which I have never used since or needed in any way. This healing at the time seemed to the nurse and to me like a miracle; but I have since learned the definition of "miracle" given by Mrs. Eddy in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 591): "That which is divinely natural, but must be learned humanly; a phenomenon of Science."

I am not now handicapped in any way physically, having recently filled a position which necessitated my being on my feet every moment,—thanks to Christian Science.
