I wish to express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me. In the past four years I have had many healings and proofs of the all-protecting power of divine Love and Truth.

When coming into Science I had a nervous trouble that the doctors said was growing more serious every day. The slightest unusual excitement or fatigue would throw me into convulsions with other serious complications lasting sometimes" for hours at a time. The only relief was obtained from the injection of morphine and use of chloroform. I was repeatedly sent away, and traveled from one place to another, the doctors not knowing what else to do for me. One day shortly after I commenced the study of Christian Science, while at the home of a practitioner, one of these attacks commenced to manifest itself. I was given immediate treatment and received an instantaneous healing, as I have never had another attack since that day.

Up to the time of coming into Science, I had for years had bowel difficulty. I discontinued all medicine and am happy to say that I have since relied absolutely upon Truth for all help, and never has it failed me. My daughter was healed of scarlet fever in two days. For these, and many other healings, I am very grateful. I am thankful to God for His loving care, to Mrs. Eddy for showing us how to realize and know God as the only power, and to the kind practitioner who has so patiently and lovingly helped me through so many seeming trials.
