With a heart filled with gratitude, I give my testimony to the field. For three years I heard of Christian Science, and was offered the care of a practitioner, a dear friend. At the end of that time my extremity proved to be God's opportunity. To-day all I have and am I owe to the help and study of Christian Science. I am indeed thankful to God and to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, also grateful to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the discovery of this truth, which has healed me in a very short time of many troubles, such as weak eyes and deafness. Through the reading of our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, rheumatism, stomach disorder, fallen arches, hemorrhoids of many years' standing, heart trouble, nervousness, and headaches have been overcome, while a throat affection was overcome in less than twenty-four hours. I suffered fourteen years from one ailment or another, until as a last resort I accepted Christian Science and was healed in God's own way.

Words cannot express my thankfulness to God for Christian Science, and my gratitude to all the friends who have helped me from day to day, step by step, to an understanding of the truth that makes free.
