Quite recently, when error presented itself to me in the very disagreeable form of a seeming tightness across the chest, Mrs. Eddy's words as recorded in Science and Health (p. 392) came to me: "Stand porter at the door of thought. Admitting only such conclusions as you wish realized in bodily results, you will control yourself harmoniously." I found I had not been heeding this injunction, but had admitted thoughts of disease, and the physical inharmony was the result of this neglect. I then took my stand as "porter" and was soon relieved of the discordant manifestation.

I was but twelve years old when my parents became interested in Christian Science. For six years I had worn glasses, but through the understanding and application of the teachings of Christian Science that annoyance was soon overcome, and I have had no trouble with my eyes since. I have also been healed of rheumatism. We have had many other cases of healing in our home,—stomach trouble, blood poisoning, ulcerated teeth, and numerous other manifestations of error have readily yielded to the power of Truth.

I am very thankful for what God has done and is doing for me and mine.—Georga L. Slupe, Columbus, Ohio.
