It would appear as though I had not been fully grateful...

It would appear as though I had not been fully grateful for the love and wisdom which has provided the means whereby we can give to the world and expression of our gratitude and tell of the great good that has come to us through the wonderful truth revealed to us in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, whose love for humanity has been so pure and strong as to endure that all the world may be benefited. Christian Science Claimed my attention seriously about three years ago, and it would be impossible for me to tell all that it has done for me and mine since then. Our little boy, who is now in his sixth year, had from infancy been troubled severely with his eyes, the right eye especially always presenting a diseased condition. This trouble was overcome in Christian Science early in our experience, and his eyes have been in perfect condition for over two years. We have not used material remedies in the home for the past three years, and find that this blessed truth not only takes the place of all other means for maintaining health and harmony, but that we enjoy a degree of freedom from discord in the home which was never known to us before and would not be possible under the old condition of thought. My wife, who had been a sufferer for years from stomach trouble and headaches, has found freedom in Christian Science; while I have been healed of the tobacco habit. to which I had been a slave for fifteen years.

The greatest blessing, however, that has come to us is the spiritual light we have gained through the daily study of the Bible and our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," which teaches us the way to harmony and the great possibilities of being, thus enabling us to obey the command, "Love thy neighbor as thyself." We feel a deep sense of gratitude to God, and to our dear Leader for the many blessings which have come to us in Christian Science, also for the great help we get from the Sentinel and Journal.
